CAN I GIVE A SUBSCRIPTION BOX TO A FRIEND AS A GIFT?

Yes you can! If you opt to gift a subscription box to someone ensure the shipping address is theirs and not your own. If you’d like to turn auto renewal off or let the lucky recipient know they’ve got a box on the way tick ‘This is a gift’ on the checkout page. Enter the recipient's name and email (if you want them to be notified) and if you’d like auto renewal turned off make sure ‘Automatically renew this subscription’ is un-ticked (tick this if you want it to renew at the end of each term).

 

dO YOU OFFER STUDENT DISCOUNT?

Unfortunately we don’t offer student discount on our subscription boxes

 

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by email us on happymailsubscription@gmail.com. 
Please Note if you want to cancel next month’s box you must give us at least seven days prior to the 1st of the month to avoid being billed.

I need to change my shipping address, what do i do?

If you are updating your shipping address, please confirm your new address with us by sending an email to happymailsubscription@gmail.com. We can not be held responsible for wrong shipping addresses if you do not contact us to confirm.

SHIPPING:

 Happy Mail Boxes do come in a standard large letterbox and so you do not have to worry as they slip through your letter box even if you are not in, so it will be waiting there for when you get home!

***This does depend on your postman and letterbox, they fit through a majority of letter boxes

You will be responsible for paying the shipping and custom costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to arrive may vary, if you have any questions, please get in touch!


If you are shipping an item over £10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Late or Delayed Items


If you have ordered from us and have not received your order after 10 - 14 working days and haven't received an email from us, (please check thoroughly in junk, spam etc). Please first check your local Royal Mail depot, as it may of be taken there and you haven't been notified. If you do not check there and we receive your order back, due to non-collection, there will be an additional postage charge to send your order back out to you. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 working days. We will then investigate and resolve the issue for you. 
If you do not contact us within this period, We may not be able to help you find the order.
 

Subscription payments

We will automatically bill you and send your gifts out monthly, until you tell us to stop. We will take your first payment the day you subscribe, with your first box arriving in the first week of the new month after payment. (Example - subscribe the 7th June first box will arrive start of July)

Your next payment on the 1st of each month.

We know you will LOVE Happy Mail Club, but if for any reason you may need to cancel your subscription please email us.

*Please note November and Decembers boxes will be combined to one box called ‘The Big Festive Box’ dispatched on the 20th November
